Parking
Currently large parts of the area are used for car and coach parking. Space will need to be found to replace this. Our plan includes a 300 space multi storey carpark on St Leonard’s Gate with office space above and we would suggest that coach parking be moved to the old Kingsway Baths carpark on Caton Road.
