Ecohomes
All new housing on the site should be built to the best environmental standards. This should be at least to the Building Research Establishment’s (BRE) - Ecohomes Excellent Standard - and should include onsite generation of electricity from micro renewable energy systems.
We have the technology and knowledge to build high quality housing that can contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and help to combat climate change. At least 50% of any new housing should be car-free.
